SEQUENTIAL III COURSE REQUIREMENTS |

leaf notebook with pockets to store tests and hand outs. |

one section for class notes and a second section for homework. |
| 1b. Do NOT
integrate class notes and homework. |
| 1c. Write the
lesson title at the beginning of the notes for each lesson. |
| 1d. All tests
and hand outs are to be kept in the notebook's pockets. |
| 1e. Write the
lesson title at the beginning of the notes for each lesson. |
2. In order to pass the
course, all homework must be completed.
