Ordering Form and Instructions

Please read the following to begin the ordering process: 

            If you see an afghan you like, please e-mail me (button on main page) to see if it is still available.  I will e-mail you back either way. S&H is $10.00 for adult afghans and $5.00 for baby afghans, out of the continental U.S. extra.  Please e-mail me for those rates.

            You can pay by personal check or money order, complete the form below and indicate which afghan you want. I will put it on hold for 10 days and, at that time, I will give you my address where to send the money..  After 10 days it will go back on line.   Please realize that if you send me a personal check I will have to wait until it clears to mail out the afghan.
