USS Portland Mast

The rear mast from the USS Portland CA-33,  is now part of a permanent memorial located on Portland, Maine's Eastern Promenade. The mast has been a recurring subject of my kite aerial photography. These 4 images were shot in the early morning light using my Canon Digital Elph S100, and a Sutton Flowform 30 kite.

Below is a link showing the mast when it was still on the ship. I am almost positive that it's the rear mast in this photo that's on display in the park.
