Portland Breakwater Light, aka Bug Light

Bug Light is located in South Portland next to the former location of the shipyard that built many of the WWII Liberty ships. The park next to the lighthouse is a favorite kite flying locale. The light house is a frequent kite aerial photography (KAP) subject of mine.

The first photo in the series below shows the USS Portland mast, and the Chandler Gazebo in Fort Allen Park in Portland. Across the water about a mile or so away, I've circled the location of Bug Light.

These photos were taken with a Canon Digital Elph S100 lifted with a Sutton Flowform 16 kite. All images are uncropped.
