The Owner of this large rambler required extensive renovations and finishing of unfinished basement spaces to accommodate his collection of antiques and artwork. In addition to finishing work, we re-configured the existing stairway, removed a wall to combine the living and dining rooms and enlarged the Master Bedroom. The stairway was finished with a new Chippendale style railing, new crown mouldings, ceiling coffers and fireplace trim completed the renovations. The construction was carried out by our affiliated Construction Company, Abingdon Development Corporation, under a Design/Build agreement.
