This project started with a well built charming house which had seen years of wear and suffered from outmoded features, especially in the kitchen & laundry areas. Remodeled for a family, which entertains frequently on a large scale, we gutted and rebuilt the Kitchen and Family room, incorporating a new pantry into the former laundry. The Kitchen features a glazed circular breakfast nook, in floor radiant heating, new skylights & windows and state of the art appliances & cabinets. The family room was completely renovated and the existing fireplace was totally rebuilt. Other work included a new basement utility room and a new two-car carport.
