Kids Weekend 2001

	What a crew for Kid's Weekend! The partridge were very tricky indeed, not many found their way to our plates but they sure were fun hunting. Cody Carlson made his first of what I'm sure will be many trips to the Great White North. Eddie's kid Danny showed up as well, but he is turning into a regular around these parts! Great Burgers Dan!!!
Billy Judd is posing with a Fisher Cat, although it looks alive it is quite dead, just a bit stiff. We set it up in the road to see if we could get a rise out of Eddie and Danny on their way in, the truck in front of them bit on the bait before they had a chance to. We managed to get a great day of four wheeling in before the weather changed. I would highly recommend an ATV trip on Perry Stream's Land.
	Brother Ed, as usual, put on a cooking display! Jumbo baked stuffed shrimp - WOW were they good! Eddie is officially the camp cook as far as I'm concerned. I'm looking forward to all Ed's dishes come Deer Week and Snowmobiling this season, I make a motion that Eddie brings all the dinners from now on - do I hear a second?
We even got a bit of snow for the kids to play in, boy the Camp looks great with snow around! Well it looks like we'll have to do better come Deer season (of course I already know we didn't). Next year I think they'll be much more time spent in the woods than behind the wheel, the birds were much more plentiful the further back in you got.
