Your name and email address will be associated with your recommendation/comments.  We do not accept anonymous recommendations or comments.  Please only recommend or comment on vets that have actually treated your cat(s).

Please email:

  • the name, address and phone and fax number of the clinic/hospital and the email and web site address if available
  • the name of the vet
  • 2-4 sentences describing your experience with the vet / clinic.
