The objective in Work Adjustment Training Services help individuals: to maintain and/or increase skill levels and productivity levels. to develop an understanding of the demands of work and employer expectations. to match an individual to their abilities in the local job market. to provide assistance in developing job seeking skills and techniques. to develop individual job seeking skills and techniques as well as assistance in getting and keeping competitive employment.
