Individual Eligibility:
- Seventeen years of age or older.
- Developmentally, physically and/or mentally disabled.
- Social impairments which affect work capabilities.
- Alcohol/substance disability.
- Low income and public houseing residents may be eligible.
- Public assistance recipients may qualify
Public Assistance Recipients are referred from Onondaga County Social Services,
The New York Department of Labor, or The Syracuse Housing Department.
Services are provided through the Alternatives Division of Consolidated Industries.
