Happy New Year everyone~! Ok, new year, new pondering. After a whole winter break of pondering, I've lost all inspiration and motivation to write my book, A Guide to Survive the Female Sex. Yes, after laboring for over two years, collecting data, questions, poll results, and field case studies, I've decided that there is no point in writing it. I'm sorry to disappoint all those who've preordered the book, but the development of my book is being terminated until further notice (I suppose till I get some motivation/inspiration).

On a happier note, I recently watched the first 8 episodes of Meteor Garden 2 (thanks to Brian by the way) and it was just as those stupid movie rumor spoilers said it was. 

****warning, spoilers afoot, do not read this paragraph if you do not wish to know what happens in the first 8 episodes****

I so didn't like the end of the 8th episode. Shan Cai was all "I'll never give up on Dao Ming Si" for the first 7 episodes and then ::boom:: "Let him live his life with that Spanish/Chinese girl". Geez, just when they were all opening up their feelings about one another. The whole car crash changing your prospective of life was something I could relate to. I didn't lose my memory but it scared the shiznit out of me.  

3 things have been on my mind lately: College apps, ultimate, and Meteor Garden (not necessarily in that particular order). Let us analyze the first: College Applications. Ah yes the dreaded process everyone must go through in order to obtain a higher education. Does anyone know what they want to do with the rest of their lives? I certainly don't. Decisions, decisions. What you decide now can affect the rest of your natural life. It's kind of scary, no? Reminds me of a Dave Matthews song (seriously!!):

Here's something I dug up on my computer. I can't remember who gave this to me, so if you would like to claim this little jpeg please contact me. Guys seem to get a kick out of it. And who said you'll never use proofs for anything? I guess this means the less time and money a girl requires, the less evil she is (assuming that the printed "truths" are true). Also keep in mind the same can be concluded about males. ENJOY!

My first pondering! Well let's start things off on the philosophical side. Socrates had a teaching method where he would answer a question by asking another question. Plato refer to this method of questioning as elenchus , which means something like "cross-examination". It was suppose to lead to the truth. He discovered no truth except that there was no truth. I think there might be a truth and he just didn't realize it (or died before finding it). Maybe I'm just naive. But if the only universal truth is that there is no universal truth, wouldn't that mean we know nothing because nothing is certain and don't care either way? Confused?
