Liver Treat Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour (Pam works well) a 9x12 baking dish.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum
foil.
5-8 cloves of garlic or 1 tablespoon
of garlic POWDER
(Do NOT use garlic SALT)
1 pound raw chicken livers
(including juices)
½ cup flour
¼ cup parmasen cheese
¼ cup corn meal
1 egg
In a 4 quart food processor,
mix the garlic until it is very fine. Add the raw liver and process well.
The mixture SHOULD have the conistency of cake batter.
Add flour, parm cheese, and
corn meal. Process until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Add egg.
Pour into prepared baking dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
Remove and cool.
Cut into 1x1 squares and transfer
to prepared cookie sheet.
Place the cookie sheet into
oven and bake at 350 degrees for an ADDITIONAL 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool
completely.
Store in the refrigerator or
freezer.
