the Additional Amendments for our Constitution and By-Laws:

Amendments
to be Voted Upon at the July 20, 2003 General Club Meeting
SEVENTH AMENDMENT
(July 2003)- Constitution, Article I, Section 2c.
To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed
by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at dog show and obedience trials
under the rules and regulations of the American Kennel Club.
EIGHTH AMENDMENT (July 2003)- By-Laws, Article I, Section 1.
There shall be two types of membership open to persons who are in good
standing with the American Kennel Club and who subscribe to the purposes
of this club.
Regular Membership- Open to persons 18 years of age and older who enjoy
all the privileges of this club including the right to vote and hold office.
Associate Membership- Open to all persons 18 years of age and older who
are residing outside of the club's local area and/or inactive members.
Associate members are entitled to all club privileges except voting and
holding office.
NINTH AMENDMENT (July 2003)- Article I, Section 2.
Membership dues for regular members shall not exceed $10 per year per
person and dues for Associate members shall not exceed $5 per person per
year, payable on or before the 1st day of January of each year.
TENTH AMENDMENT (July 2003)- Article I, Section 3.
The application shall state the name, address and occupation of the applicant
and it shall carry the endorsement of two members in good standing.
ELEVENTH AMENDMENT (July 2003)- Article II, Section 1.
Meetings of the Club shall be held within the greater York, Pennsylvania
area at such hour and place as designated by the Board of Directors.
Article II, Section 2.
Such special meetings shall be held within the greater York, Pennsylvania
area at such place, date and hour as may be designated by the person or
persons authorized herein to call such meetings.
Article II, Section 3.
Meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held in alternating months
not to coincide with the General Meetings, within the greater York, Pennsylvania
area, at such hour and place as may be designated by the Board.
Article II, Section 4.
Such special meetings shall be held within the greater York, Pennsylvania
at such place, date and hour as may be designated by the person authorized
herein to call such a meeting. Written notice of such meeting shall be
mailed by the Secretary at least 5 days and not more than 10 days prior
to the date of the meeting. Telegraphic notice is not permitted.
TWELFTH AMENDMENT (July 2003)- Article IV, Section 4.
The board shall name a Chairman for the committee and it shall be his
duty to call a committee meeting which shall be held by October 1.
Article IV, Section 4b.
Upon receipt of the Nominating Committee's report, the Secretary shall
mail written notice to each member of the nominated candidates at least
two weeks prior to the November meeting.
THIRTEENTH AMENDMENT (July 2003)- Article VI, Section 3.
Should the charges be sustained after hearing all of the evidence and
testimony presented by complainant and defendant, the Board may by a majority
vote of those present reprimand or suspend the defendant from all privileges
of the Club for not more than 6 months from the date of the hearing.
FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT (July 2003)- Article VII, Section 2.
The constitution and by-laws may be amended by a two-thirds secret vote
of the members present and voting at any regular or special meeting called
for the purpose, provided the proposed amendments have been included in
the notice of the meeting and mailed to each member at least 2 weeks prior
to the date of the meeting.
