The Free Technical Support Web Ring is a group of individuals who, in the spirit of a non-commercial Web, have agreed to volunteer their time and expertise to aid anyone with computer related questions. Either individually, or as a group, we will attempt to solve your problems.

  I have begun offering Tech support by telephone via the Keen service.  By clicking the button below you will be able to contact me by phone.  Unfortunately there is a nominal fee of 50 cents per minute for this service.  Also, I'm only available by phone for a few hours per day.  Of course I'll still offer the free email help as stated above - but for those who are in a BIG hurry (or prefer to converse by phone) just click the button below to see if  I'm currently available.  You'll have to register a user name and password with Keen, but there is no "catch" - it's just 50 cents per minute.
