Bova

Bova is from Uranus. Stop laughing. He puts up with enough jokes about that. Bova's a good guy. It's not his fault that he's "the butt of everyone's jokes," as he puts it. Bova has a kind of depressing outlook on life. He generally expects the worst. But Bova IS pretty smart. If another Space Case needs to know the ups and downs of a particular plan, you can sure count on Bova (to let you know the downs, anyway). Bova looks like a kid from Earth; that is, if you overlook the antenna that sticks out of his forehead. The antenna can generate electricity, which can be a good or bad feature, depending on the situation. Just ask the rest of the Space Cases.

Vital Statistics:
Height: 5'2 (Alien/Earth Standard)
Weight: 100 lbs.
Birthday: 291st day of the Year of the Ruptured Appendix (approximately equivalent to Earth Year 2248)
Homeworld:
Uranus. Actually, Uranusians live on the surface of Umbriel (a Uranusian moon), because Uranus has a methane atmosphere and a heavy gravity that are hard to handle.
Powers:
Can absorb electrical jolts and generate up to 100,000 volts through his antennae.
Interests:
Bova is interested in science. He has been known to perform scientific experiments from time to time, such as an experiment to create an artificial oxygen formula. However, he is reluctant to experiment, because he never believes anything will work out. His other main interests are eating and sleeping. In fact, he is so fond of sleeping that he sometimes needs to be jump-started in the morning. His interest in food is due to his high Uranusian metabolism; he needs more food than Earthers do.
Relationships:
Something of a loner, he tends to hang out with Suzee because of their shared scientific interests. He thinks Harlan's kind of OK. He actually likes Rosie a lot, but doesn't really know it yet.
Family:
Bova's father's name is Benn.
FYI:
Bova's favorite hangout back home is Lineland an amusement park where everyone pays admission, goes in and stands in line for... the exit. It's the happiest place on Uranus.
