Detweiler Consulting LLC, Hatfield, PA, 2001 - Present

Developed enhancements to a Domino based global learning management system for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Worked remotely with a global team. Coordinated the global team to specify a set of enhancements that best met the needs while maintaining budgetary constraints. Final product was completed on time with twice the number of enhancements than were initially proposed.

PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP, Wayne, PA, 1997 - 2001

Directed the development of a content management and delivery Web site for the Triumph Group.  Performed requirements analysis, system design, data model and site model development, page development, implementation and deployment.  Utilized the Microsoft Active Server Pages toolsets to perform this task.

Managed a Domino implementation at Devereux, a non-profit educational facility.  Scoped, installed, and supported a Domino 4.6x server with Domino.Doc.  Supported the creation of the Information Resources Standards Committee.  Scoped, designed and developed Domino (web based) tools for discussion, document management, Standards derivation and publication, and reportable event tracking.

Developed a Global Configuration Control application used to support the IT merger of Pricewaterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand.  This Lotus Notes application supported variable levels of parallel workflow that required global routing in no more than one day.  Developed a secure Lotus Notes database to support legal proceedings.  Member of Lotus Domino.Doc steering committee.

SEMCOR Inc., Warminster, PA, 1993 - 1997

Lotus Notes Project Manager with experience in system design and hardware and software development.  Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and management of complete information system solutions, hardware/firmware products, software control systems, and system evaluations and specifications.

Lead a team that is developing an extensive workgroup information system.  Assess customer needs, evaluate potential implementations, develop software solutions, administer LAN/WAN, and direct and mentor team.  The system is centered around Lotus Notes/Domino R4.5 groupware.  Over 40 Lotus Notes custom interactive applications provide office automation, collaborative authoring, reference library, CAD storage and retrieval, digital document and image storage, and project management integration.  The system has several enhanced support pieces to include fax server, OCR server, Web server, SMTP and MHS gateways, mass storage server and optical jukebox, and server based Web navigator.  Personally responsible for developing, configuring, and administering many of the system elements.  Direct and oversee the development, implementation, and administration of the entire system.

 Naval Air Warfare Center, Warminster, PA, 1993 - 1997

Team leader for replacement of a mechanical control station with a desktop computer.  Designed and implemented a Graphical User Interface in C using the Amiga computer.  Assisted in the design and debug of the application layer of the custom Ethernet control program.

Designed, coded, tested and monitored production of portable image transmission system (Micro-LITE).  Implemented system design with MS-DOS based embedded processor and still video floppy drive.  Coded C firmware for control and support of NITF standard image transmission.

Planned the implementation of standard electronic data exchange for NAWC.

Wrote a software debugger and a system controller for maintenance/test equipment for the LAMPS MKIII Helicopter Lab.  Assisted in the debug of the custom hardware control interface.  These tasks were performed on an IBM PC/AT using the multitasking Topview operating system, PASCAL and 80286 assembler.
