WILLIAM MONTVILLE WEBB

1844 –

William Montville was born on April 13, 1844 and between 1860 and 1870 married Emma E. Pepper, b. About 1845.  Emma was the fourth child of house painter Francis Pepper of Maryland and his wife, Eliza. 

William served his country as a Corporal in the 33rd Regiment, Pennsylvania Militia Infantry, Company G in 1863.

The 1870 Census lists William and Emma as living with his Father-in-law, Francis Pepper in Philadelphia, Pa. The  1880 Census William and Emma are in Philadelphia, Pa. William being a Railroad Carpenter.
