Artist Statement Life is complex and mysterious. Everything is always moving and changing. Bits are lost and found, discarded then reused. Are these collage generated creatures part of a parallel universe, a level of existence we have yet to discover? Maybe its only paint and stuff on a canvas. Regardless, life does what it wants to. It goes its own way. I try to be open to the possibilities, always curious to see where they will take me. It’s a fun trip, and the results can be fun too. Rosalind Bloom |
