The Boat
The main character in this little story, is a 1973 Catalina 22 called Alt Escape. She is hull number 1343 and has a swing keel and a kick-up rudder. She was built and sold as a "family cruising boat" and I'm sure that family trips into the ocean were not what Frank Butler had in mind.
