themselves out as IP firms via internet spam. The purpose is to
avoid these spamming firms when engaging in business (or to do business
with the spammers if you're so-inclined).
The purposes of this compilation are to:
Improve the quality of service to our clients by culling
foreign associates engaged in undesirable activity;
Have an "anti-spam" policy to present to our clients, in that
we actively oppose spam;
To take necessary steps to avoid business with firms whose
critical email communications are likely to be blocked or
"blackholed".

To find this list - Obviously you can bookmark it, but if you
search a firm's name and the word "spam" or "spammer", this list
will show up if they're on this list. (In many cases the search
results will be a "googlewhack").
As of 12-06 this list was otherwise difficult to locate on the web.
I expect this to improve by 3-07, so the list should be more easily
located through search engines.
EMAIL ADDRESSES
I am starting to include email addresses of the spammers. The
purpose is primarily to make it easy to associate the spammers with
this list for search engines, as I noted that a search of the
spammer and the word "spam" often results in a results pointing to
this list.
DELISTING INFORMATION
I will try to locate a newslist suitable for comments,
feedback, complaints, and delisting requests. When I do, I will
post it here. In the meantime, the best way to not be a spam
business is to not be a spam business.
The following is **preliminary** in nature. I have not thoroughly
tested this so I can't promise anything:
If you feel that a particular listing is in error, or have
terminated spamming practices, you can join Google Groups (formerly
"Deja News"). Joining Google Groups consists of setting up a free
Google account (similar to Yahoomail), and is easy. (If you know
of another way to post to Google Groups or Deja News, that will
suffice.)
** MAKE SURE THE NOTE INCLUDES THE WORDS "IPspam" (one word); otherwise I
will never see it. **
As you can imagine,
news.admin.net-abuse.sightings
gets about 2000
messages per day. The messages in that group are typically used
for research and are not systematically read in bulk. Therefore,
you must identify the message with "IPspam" if I am to be able to
find the message.
