Malini Gupta Glueck, P.E., President
Ms. Glueck has over 11 years of experience in various fields of engineering including transportation engineering, site engineering, and geotechnical engineering, as well as construction management and cost estimating. Her transportation projects include road resurfacing, reconstruction and rehabilitation, mainly for Baltimore City. She has been providing geotechnical engineering services for many man-made islands in the Chesapeake Bay including Poplar Island and Hart Miller Island. Since the purchase of Scharf-Godfrey in 2003, Ms. Glueck has been supervising the cost estimating projects which range from small recreational facilities to wastewater treatment plants to large airport expansions. |

John R. Heinrichs, P.E., Executive Vice President
Mr. Heinrichs has over 27 years of experience in providing civil engineering services to various agencies as well as private clients. He has provided designs from conceptual through contract documents on all of his projects. Mr. Heinrichs' range of transportation projects includes street resurfacing, street reconstruction, roadway realignment, highway design. He is very familiar with the standards, specifications, and procedures of the local agencies. Mr. Heinrichs is also very familiar with the disciplines related to transportation engineering including sediment and erosion control, stormwater management, permitting, pavement marking, signing and striping, maintenance of traffic. His other areas of expertise include site engineering and hydrology and hydraulic engineering. |
