There are numerous ways to get involved at SSPC. The much-needed committee work can always use more talent. Committees include Christian Education, Worship, Mission, Stewardship, Finance, Administration, Fellowship, Visitation, Buildings & Grounds, Communications, User Groups, and Nominating.

There are also several groups that get together regularly for other work, fun, and social time. There is a monthly book club that meets to discuss a book chosen by one of its members. There is a community garden plot used by several folks for planting summer vegetables. Several folks get together to make church banners for our worship services, using their sewing and artistic talents. Omega supper club is a group that has been meeting for years, sharing food, fun, and their lives; although they are at full capacity, there are opportunities to form other supper clubs. A garden group helps dress up our property with weeding and planting flowers and shrubs.
