Translation Costs |

There are numerous factors that can affect the time required (and thus, the cost) for a translation project.
Among these factors are the subject matter of the source documents, the level of the subject, the form of the writing, the legibility of the source documents and the context of these documents.

Therefore, there will not be any surprises when you receive the final invoice for your project. The final cost of the translation project will be known before you agree to consign the document for translation, because the cost is not based upon an estimate of that total unit count (for which the actual count can not be precisely known until after the project is completed) and a "per unit cost" for each word, or for each page, of the completed English language translation. For a large, long term project or for a batch of unique documents (e.g., each document has special requirements, such as its page layout, etc.), the translation cost will be determined through negotiation. |
