Here's my younger sister Karen with her husband David Kapelanski and their two sons, my nephews Mason and Devin. They make their home near Baltimore, Maryland, and spent three years in Germany. Mason has German and American citizenship. Karen and David both have government jobs and like myself, David, a Michigan native, loves to watch the Ohio State Buckeyes lose.
