This is my late Uncle Danny McGibbeny. He died in 1977 of cancer. Danny meant the world to me and his death still lingers heavily in my mind. At 26 years of age, he had risen to the top of the professional tennis management ranks and was destined for stardom. Despite this success he found the time to coach our Senior League baseball team. We never knew how sick he really was and I thank God that I was able to spend so much time with him. If there is an afterlife, it can't be that bad because I know he'll be there waiting for me.
