Truro, Cape Cod

Flyte Cottage is a four bedroom cape style house one half mile from Ryder Beach. It is located at the top of a secluded hill amongst 2.4 wooded acres with beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay and rolling hills. The house is located 1/2 mile from Ryder Beach, 1/8 mile to the bike trail, 10 minute drive from Provincetown, a 5 minute drive to Wellfleet and the National Seashore(Ballaston Beach).

The house consists of two levels. The ground level contains a sunroom; large living and dining area with a fireplace; kitchen; bedroom with full bed; bathroom with shower; laurdry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The sunroom has an additional dining table which affords sunset views over the water. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, vacuum cleaner coffee maker, and coffee grinder. A larger array of nice pots, pans, utensils, dishes, lobster pot are also in the kitchen. A TV and VCR and CD/stereo are located in the living room. On the side of the house is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The upper level contains a bathroom with a full sized bathtub and shower, and three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a full sized bed and 2 singles. The next room has a queen sized bed and the small bedroom has a single bed.

A guest house is located 80 feet behind the house is occasionally used by owners on the weekends. Between the two houses is a lawn and garden. At the front of the house is a stone patio. Patio furniture, table with dining chairs, and a BBQ grill, clothesline are located outside.

All you need to bring are sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, and beach blankets.
