News Flash! The online location for the "truly" random sound of the geiger counter, a web address which I misplaced for 11 years, is now re-discovered. Here it is -- http://www.fourmilab.ch/hotbits. This sound is the basis for the work Background Count, and will turn up in different ways in works to come.
