Elizabeth Eberhardt Kelly
Elizabeth Eberhardt Kelly's artwork graced the gallery walls at
our innaugural exhibit in March 2004. Elizabeth creates movement and the illusion of depth through the use
of "intersecting lines and overlapping fields", in mediums ranging from drawings on newsprint to wire sculpture. The
artist's dramatic use of color is evident both in her large-scale oil paintings and smaller Asian-inspired acrylics.
Often intimate, at times introspective, her composition and pallet are pleasingly engaging. The artist resides
in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
H. Steve Schaal
