SUMMARY OF AQUARIAN ALTERNATIVES 222 9/20/97
We're looking ahead and visualizing Big Miracles. It really
appears that our taped interviews with Dr. Randell Mills will be
used for a worldwide radio broadcast in October, 1997.
Then the new form of safe energy Dr. Mills discovered will
soon be known worldwide and give hope to many millions of poor
people everywhere. No longer will the poor need a revolution to
improve their lives, because in a few years each little village or
homestead could have its own electircity without any fossil fuels
or pollution. Here in the U.S. the first clean power plant
producing a million watts of electricity from small amounts of
hydrogen (from water) is being planned and construction may start
this year.
For 27 years my future research has looked at better energy
sources, so far all were either fraudulent or just marginal,
costing almost as much as fossil fuel energy. Finally we have
something that seems totally real, safe, clean and abundant. This
could lead to utopian lifestyles world over.
But utopian lifestyles are not automatic. This new energy
could be abused terribly by a materialistc competitive system.
Then follows the bio. of Moses Henry of Radio for Peace
International who's organizing the broadcast and then the story of
how Dr. Mills made his discovery. From there we look at ways this
new energy can change the world and what needs to happen for it to
work in a really good way. We could have world wide electronic
education and a common language for all people to communicate and

an effort to stop this "Cassini Project" and am in contact with an

UTOPIA BECOMING REALITY !
To speak of progress in these troubled
times is almost a heresy on the left.
Utopia as reality seems total insanity ! I
know that, but the truth must be shared
even if the news is Great!
On a planet where injustice and suf-
fering is almost the norm, and the envi-
ronment is being destroyed at an acceler-
rated rate, there must be some fundamental
error. Any delay in exposing that error
might even be seen as a criminal act.
Actually, there are several fundamen-
tal errors which, after 27 years research-
ing the future, we are ready to expose,
and with that exposure break open the path
to Utopia ! Utopia, a society based on
justice, truth and love, is not just a
fantasy, but the natural longing of all
humanity. Our failure to achieve it is far
from the "natural order of things", though
it may appear that way to humans educated
to believe in competition and scarcity.
Successful utopian communities already ex-
ist, but are so rare, most folks don't
think they count. So, one fundamental
error is studying failure instead of
success. But there may be a much larger,
innocent error that's behind that one.

Perhaps the most funadmental error is
our assumption of energy scarcity which
has led humanity to slavery, war and
deceit for centuries. Suddenly, as the new
millennium dawns, we've made the fantastic
scientific discovery that energy is not
scarce at all. Ordinary water contains
more energy than this world can ever use.
A SUDDEN MIRACLE
One day we got a call from Moses Henry
of Radio for Peace International, and when
I told him about this new energy he was
most interested. So I sent him the inter-
views I taped with Dr. Mills. He loved it
and our interviews will soon be broadcast
worldwide by Radio For Peace Internation-
al. In fact, the broadcast is planned for
their 200,000 watt short wave trans-
mitter at the University for Peace in
Costa Rica before November of 1997 !
ABBREVIATED BIO OF MOSES HENRY
Moses Henry was the producer for
Earthday '96, the broadcast to a 1.5
Billion wordwide audience. He was also
producer for Earthday International at the
U.N. March 20, 1997, the broadcast hosted
by Earth Society Fdn. ESF has hosted this
b'cast for 25 years; has had 33 Nobel
Laureates, major film stars, international
leaders, presidents, kings, and queens on
their board of directors.
Moses has performed at Carnegie Hall,
The Bitter End, Las Vegas, Reno, Miami,
Nashville, and London, England. He has
appeared on national TV, Johnny Carson,
Mike Douglas Show, and many TV specials...
He's logged 25,000 hours production time
in major studios in N.Y., and many cities.
He's written over 120 songs and recor-
ded over 100 of them. He ran his own media
agency on Madison Ave., has produced for
Ford, Kodak, ... National Park Service,
National PTA, Nat. Endowment for the Arts,
Columbia Records... and leading colleges,
etc. Through Vision Master Productions he
is moving into more international media
consulting and producing with a vision of
providing access to broadcasting networks
for those with global missions.
Moses also FAXed me a letter from
"Mission Earth Communications - Radio for
Peace International (The 200,000 Watt
Voice for the United Nations)" authorizing
Moses to negotiate contracts for them.
So the program is going forward
shortly and for new readers, let's briefly
review the story, how the new energy was
discovered:
A CHILD'S DREAM COMES TRUE
Our story goes something like this: At
age 6, Randy Mills decided to become an
inventor and he stuck with that decision
right through his graduation with an MD
degree from Harvard and training in engin-
eering and physics at M.I.T. At a young
age he went on to become CEO of several
corporations with over a dozen patents in
the medical field.
THE SIMPLE DISCOVERY
About 6 years ago, his mathematical
mind discovered a basic error in present
physical theory. He was doing electrolysis
of water using potassium carbonate for
conductivity and found the water getting
hot, something which did not occur with
sodium carbonate, a similar salt. The heat
produced was more than could possibly
result from the small amount of electrici-
ty used to separate water into hydrogen
and oxygen (electrolysis). In his 1992
Australian patent # 668678 I read that up
to 7.5 times as much energy came out as he
was putting in.
Randy soon realized that the addition-
al energy came from hydrogen. He discover-
ed that hydrogen atoms had far more energy
to give than we'd ever imagined.
Long ago, scientists had assumed that
hydrogen, the simplest of all atoms, was
at its lowest energy level, and short of a
nuclear reaction had nothing to give
beyond the heat from burning which forms
water, never more than the energy required
to liberate the gas. But that assumption
was wrong ! It turns out that the humble
hydrogen atom consisting of one proton and
one electron can change in an amazing way.
The electron which circles the proton
at a vast distance (compared to the size
of the particles) can also drop to a much
lower orbit and thereby produce a much
tinier atom, so small that it can pass
right through a stainless steel tank in
which the energy is produced. This event
occurs much more freely in a vacuum than
in water. Potassium vapor must be present
as a catalyst. Potassium atoms absorb the
energy hydrogen gives up. This becomes a
self-sustaining reaction at under 2,500
degrees C. Now Dr. Mills is talking about
getting 1,000 times as much energy out as
it takes to free the hydrogen. A car, he
says, could run 100,000 miles on a single
tank of water !
And there's no pollution at all.
Besides energy, the only biproduct is
"hydrinos", the collapsed hydrogen atoms
which form an inert gas that goes harm-
lessly off into space. If fact, Dr. Mills
believes, the vast "dark matter" of space
which astronomers speak of is this huge
amount of "collapsed" hydrogen atoms. He
also notes that while the sun's surface is
at 6,000 degrees, the gasses around the
sun are at two million. The reason,
according to Dr. Mills is that hydrogen
atoms are giving up energy in the vacuum
of space around the sun.
ENERGY FOR UTOPIA
In a short time, probably this year,
we'll see construction on the first one
megawatt electric power plant based on
this discovery, but the energy this pro-
duces need not be centralized. In Dr.
Mills' vision, every car's turbine engine
could run continuously while parked, sup-
plying electricity to a grid or homestead.
Every little village in the world could in
time have its own electric power plant for
pumping water, electric light, and
educational electronics.
Education would be a major factor. As
Cuban socialism has demonstrated, educated
people in an educated society are happier,
healthier, more secure and so have lower
birth rates without less love. (One out of
6 Cuban workers is a college graduate.) We
can now produce tiny compact disks that
have hours of audio/video information and
with abundant energy to ease workloads and
operate video screens, every village could
also have educational devices of various
kinds. In addition to learning their own
culture, every human could learn a common
world language and begin to communicate
via computer and satellite with people all
over the planet.
Transportation would no longer depend
on fuel cost or cause pollution, so trav-
el, a great form of education, can become
available to every class of people.
In short, for the first time in
history, we can look forward to genuine
progress in every area. Life for the poor
of the world can improve enormously
without need for violent revolution. Most
of the world may not achieve American
middle- class standards for a long time,
but wealth is not the real basis for human
happiness. As long as people have enough
to live on and raise their children
securely, it really doesn't matter if
others stew in their excessive luxury -
provided that luxury is not so polluting
the planet that all of us suffer.
GLOBAL WARMING TO END
The new, non-polluting energy ends the
"greenhouse effect", but we'll continue to
suffer from the climate changes it is
already causing. Greenhouse gasses can
take 20 years to produce their full
effects. But with energy sufficiency,
much of the suffering can be ameliorated
sufficiently that it need not be extreme.
Abundant energy can eliminate the need
for slavery of all kinds. Even "wage
slavery" could gradually disappear. About
90 percent of us work just to survive.
Militarism, created to take slaves,
is now obsolete. We have the answers and
can hope once again for a really positive
future based on love.
SOLUTIONS NOT AUTOMATIC
Even though nothing can stop the new
energy from being realized and used world-
wide, such progress towards utopian soc-
ial structures is not automatic. Most of
us are still slaves to old ways of think-
ing. Without daring changes, war and
poverty could continue for centuries.
As far as I know, all the scientists
who have read Dr. Mills' THE GRAND UNIFIED
THEORY OF CLASSICAL QUANTUM MECHANICS
agree with his discoveries, but most
scientists still refuse to even look at
the book, or to carefully study his web
site: www.blacklightpower.com to find out
what he is saying.
That is to be expected after centuries
of narrow thinking that's made science
into a kind of religion, and many false
energy leads. So we'll need new thinking
along with the new energy. Some changes in
thinking may come suddenly, as when a
million-watt power plant begins running on
water. Even our broadcast to so many mil-
lions of people may be capable of sparking
a major change in world thinking.
But I have to admit uncertainty about
my own part in all this. I've never been
in such an exciting situation before. I
need spiritual and practical help and
support, even if money will not be a prob-
lem (as Moses assures us). Progressive,
highly committed people are needed here
before the time of the broadcast so we can
counsel together on the best course of
action before and after it happens.
AQUARIAN'S NEW FUTURE
So, we're seeking a few very competent
people willing to live poor and cramped
(temporarily) to help prepare for the
broadcast and the publicity that may
result. Later we hope to travel, find or
found a community, perhaps in VA or FL
where we can continue working for a posi-
tive future. We hope to do further Radio
for Peace broadcasts on cooperative life-
styles and on starting a New Abolition
Movement to abolish all military systems
worldwide. Anyone longing for excitement ?
The broadcast is only weeks off, and
we have to figure out how to handle large
amounts of mail and possible publicity.
I'm not a business type and will need much
help and advice in that area from someone
who understands it from the social change
and communal points of view. Fortunately,
we're expecting the arrival soon of Apollo
Comito from East Wind Community, where he
had a lot of organizing experience in the
marketing of the Communities Directory.
Judy is homeschooling Joel several hours a
day but they could be a great help also.
COOPERATIVE LIFESTYLES
Militarism is obsolete. Our compete-
tive educational system, designed to pro-
duce soldiers and factory workers by mak-
ing us into enemies, frustrated and
inferior, is failing. But militaristic
states love compulsory competitive train-
ing under state control. Any wonder why ?
The natural answer is a return to co-
operative lifestyles, ways humans have
lived for 99% of our time on earth. Once
we have all the energy we need, continuing
with competition makes little sense as it
could lead to terrible abuses of that
energy. So I foresee another Radio for
Peace program about the world's most
successful cooperative systems. I've
already sent Moses the audiotape on Gavio-
tas and our video, WHERE'S UTOPIA ? I
also sent him ISLAND OF PEACE, a video by
Jean-Michel Cousteau on Costa Rica's
abolition of its military in 1948. Moses
plans to invite Cousteau into our program
along with various Nobel laureates. He
also plans to get some retired Madison
Ave. PR folks to do pre-program publicity.
NEW ABOLITION MOVEMENT
I wrote the following in a letter to
Moses Henry along with the tapes I sent:
Dear Moses,
Here's the copy of the Island of Peace
video (which is not presently sold by the
Cousteau Society ... but we lend copies).
I was so moved by it, I tried to start
a "New Abolition Movement" for the
abolition of all military systems world-
wide. My idea was that one cannot stop
militarism, as that is a spirit. For
instance, we abolished the Nazi war
machine, but could not abolish Nazism.
In the same way, though we cannot make
everyone peaceful, we want to abolish all
military systems worldwide as per Costa
Rica's example.
The way I'd visualize it happening is
to encourage every nation to agree to
abolish its own military at such a time
when all others have agreed to do the
same. That's easy as it is politically
expedient and requires no action.
But once we have a large number of
nations signed on, we can start an
international campaign to boycott the "war
mongers", those nations who refuse to sign
the agreement. With that we could
gradually get those nations who continue
to obstruct the New Abolition Movement to
give in and the less there are of them,
the easier it will be to organize boycotts
against them on the issue. Eventually, I
believe we could prevail with total
abolition of all military systems. I hope
Radio for Peace can help with this.

COMMUNITY SEARCH
Last week I attended the annual Twin
Oaks community conference in VA. There I
met lots of new and old friends and
learned more about Floyd County, VA, where
many people share similar views and
lifestyles. It may be that's the next
place we'll go to find the kind of
community we're seeking, free of violence,
fear and sexual repression.
Some folks from Floyd also knew Luke
Staengl, who was a little boy when I lived
in Paraguay. I phoned him recently and he
remembered me well after almost 50 years.
He has a business in Floyd making stills
for ethanol fuel and other systems, and
also a house in Florida where his wife is
studying natural healing. Luke told me how
he was sent away from the Bruderhof Com-
munity as a young lad because leaders
thought encouaging age mates to take up
running for sport was creating a cult !
The Bruderhof clearly has some prob-
lems with dogma and I felt today that I
may be able to help by asking the Mennon-
ite Church to intercede in a neutral way.
I think the Bruderhof went wrong in their
first ten years when they gradually closed
their decision-making meetings to all but
full members who'd given up all property.
As a result, members with differing
opinions became fearful of leaders with
too much control, not held in check by
guests who could freely speak out on any
issue. In time that can allow leaders too
much power, which tends to corrupt anyone.
I realized once more that the community we
seek would need "transparency" like in
ZEGG so that there are no secrets and even
visitors may know all that is happening.
THE U.S. SENATE
That kind of freedom hardly exists
among politicians, but an ordinary citizen
like myself can freely go to the office of
every senator with a message politicians
need to hear. That's just what I did after
leaving the conference. I took every
senate office a letter asking them to stop
NASA's launch of a space probe with 72
lbs. of plutonium as a power source. I was
well received by each receptionist who
read the first page of my letter and then
told me who would get it before passing it
on to their senator. Here's my letter:
Chairman: Subcommittee on Science,
Technology and Space Senator William Frist
- And all others:
Your life is being threatened, and
that of your loved ones also. On October
6 NASA plans to launch a Titan IV rocket
with 72.3 lbs. of plutonium ! This has
been successfully withheld from almost all
media.
Past experience shows two of 23
rockets carrying plutonium have failed and
dispersed that most deadly of all poisons
into the atmosphere. Altogether less than
three pounds of plutonium were dispersed
and there is already increased lung cancer
worldwide. Lung cancer is only a final
result of plutonium dust. All sorts of
new diseases due to reduced health and
lowered immunity may also be the result of
atmospheric plutonium.
NASA admits the Titan IV rocket has
one chance of failure in 1,500, but
world-renowned physicist Michio Kaku says
the risk is far greater, probably one in
twenty. To confirm this we'd be happy to
send you Dr. Kaku's speech on the subject
(enclosed) or let you contact him
yourself. Alan Kohn, a former NASA safety
official confirms the extreme danger of
this project, and the text of his speech
is also here. All this has been withheld
from the American people and yourselves.
Therefore demand a halt to this
planned "Cassini Project" on October 6,
1997 and a thorough investigation of NASA
and those responsible for such stupendous
risks to your health and the health of the
planet. We'd also suggest that you attend
or send a science advisor to the press
conference at the National Press Club in
Washington at noon on Sept. 8, 1997. It
will be on the 13th floor in the Elisagor
Room and will feature such notables as Dr.
Michio Kaku, Karl Grossman, Bruce Gagnon,
and many others.
Your personal response to this matter
will be carefully monitored and widely

I took the name of each receptionist
who took my letter and the person to whom
they'd hand it. At Sen. Frist's office I
had a personal meeting with Tom Wood, the
senator's science advisor. Since then I've
talked to him and sent him more material
in an effort to convince him of the danger
of sending plutonium off in rockets.
Now more follow-up is urgently needed,
and there is yet time. The launch has been
delayed till Oct. 16th, so I'm asking each
of you to call as many Senate offices as
you can. You may call each office
toll-free through the Capitol Switchboard
at 800-972 FLAG. Call any time you can (24
hrs.) and leave a voice mail message if
the person is not in. Below are senators'
names (caps) followed by name of person to
whom letter would go before a senator sees
it, usually a space or science advisor.
Ask the operator for the senator's
office and then for that person who should
know of my letter. If they don't, you can
FAX or mail them your own letter or mine
from this newsletter, or simply ask them
what they know about Cassini and its
dangers. Ask what they and their senator
will do about it, and do whatever you can
to make sure they act to stop Cassini. I'd
ask what urgency requires us to risk any
harm for this purpose. It took me some
hours to type this list and I hope my work
is not in vain.

THE WRONG STUFF
We just got a review copy of Karl
Grossman's book, THE WRONG STUFF, about
the nuclear threat to our planet from
NASA. No time to read it all, so I'll just
pass on a summary from the jacket.
THE WRONG STUFF details NASA's mishaps
with plutonium-fueld missions to date and
its unrealistic calculations about the
probability of a major accident. It con-
cludes with a warning about plans for mul-
tiple launches involving plutonium and the
connection with the U.S. military's desire
to "attain the ultimate high ground" by
placing orbiting nuclear power systems to
energize weaponry in space. ... His jour-
nalism on the use of nuclear power in
space has been repeatedly cited in the
judging of Sonoma State University's "Pro-
ject Censored" of the issues most censored
or "under-reported" by the national news
media. In 1997 Project Censored selected
Grossman's articles on the subject as
their "top censored story of i996".

Another fundamental error is the cre-
ation of immortal persons without souls
called "Corporations". Mortals with souls
are now starting to object with "End Cor-
porate Dominance Month" I can mention only
a few events and list information sources.
Although October is being promoted and
coordinated by the Earth First! End Cor-
porate Dominance campaign, groups are en-
couraged to plan events in whatever style
suits them best, as long as we all adhere
to one rule: NONVIOLENCE.
We'd especially encourage any groups
that would like to promote October actions
focusing on: US/Mexico maquiladores is-
sues, women's issues, corporate racism,
rainforest issues, media monopolies, auto
culture and ozone depletion.
The ECD campaign wants to do anything
they can to make your event more

want advice, ideas or encouragement. They
