Today in mid-August of 2,000 we have an urgent need for miracles.
Because we live in a country where most of our media is controlled by the
same corporations that control the government, we will need miracles to
change that. Let me start with a quote from the past:

WELL, ABE WAS RIGHT. We are not only faced with a corporate takeover but
also with a real Nazi influence few Americans are aware of.

There is clear evidence of the Nazi background of GW Bush who takes his
views from the "Manhattan Institute" (see later). At the same time there
is proof that the Democrats also inflict genocide on poor people around
the world with war, drugs, tobacco and intentionally created biological
poisons.

I know that sounds extreme, and I am not an "extremist". But when you
look at what is being revealed today from many different sources and put
it all together you find a pattern which is horrendous. Yet it is for
the most part covered up by a powerful corporate ownership of all major
media and corporate/government control of the public school system used
to indoctrinate the young, especially children of the poor.

Actually, our problems date back many thousands of years so we should
not blame only those presently in power. All humans lived together in
cooperative communities or tribes for 99% of our time on earth. Most were
very peaceful, some were not and we are studying the reasons for that.
But then somehow kings arose who wanted slaves and armies to capture
them. Tribal systems didn't do that so they smashed the tribes forcing us
into isolated, "monogamous" family units with "private property" and the
ownership of women. We cannot blame present leaders for that situation,
but need to understand it to find ways of recreating happy, peaceful
cultures that work with the planet instead of against it.

The terrible insecurity created by destroying tribal life eventually
resulted in an extreme overpopulation problem. Insecure people have too
many children. Birth control does not help. Such people need many
children to care for them in later years. Cuba, where people are poor but
secure has had no increase for forty years.

Overpopulation creates revolutions and fear among the wealthy, giving
rise to cruel plans, even genocide in an attempt to control it. Nazism
was one such attempt which did not end with WW II. Instead U.S.
militarists brought many of the worst Nazis here to create the CIA. The
Bush family has been involved with that for decades starting with
Prescott Bush who supported Hitler and continuing with GW and the
Manhattan Institute. For example:

So much for GW Bush. What about Al Gore ?

Just as Bush presents himself as a "Compassionate conservative", Gore
poses as an environmentalist. But along with Clinton his administration
continues secret drug trafficking by the military and the CIA to destroy
poor people and to escalate a "war on drugs" which actually kills the
poor as it backs fascist regimes worldwide. See this:

US prison populations, police brutalities, etc.

There is much more, but suffice to say that both major parties (just two
wings of one Capitalist Party) share the guilt for increasing genocide to
eliminate poor people worldwide. Individuals are not entirely to blame.
They are unconsciously trapped in a system created thousands of years
ago.

But it's getting much worse very fast. Genocidal wars and massive drug
trafficking from tobacco to cocaine fail to check revolts so we hear
believable rumors of chemical and biological warfare developed by the CIA
and others for that purpose. In many areas like Iraq where 5,000 children
die each month, the suffering is already enormous whether due to U.S.
sanctions or Saddam whom our CIA installed.

Even a miraculous defeat of both Bush and Gore cannot solve everything,
but it's probably the only thing that can help right now, so reducing the
suffering of millions, including ourselves, may depend on that miracle.

Though possibly a long shot, a miracle can happen. Whole new energy
systems that can end fossil fuels and the wars over energy resources are
in development. Decentralized electric power will soon be available for
vehicles and every little village worldwide. Poverty and resultant
insecurity can be ended without depriving the rich. One web site;
www.blacklightpower.com has enough information on the new physics to
confirm that entirely.

John Hagelin, a deep-thinking meditator and Harvard trained physicist,
presidential candidate of the Natural Law Party and possibly The Reform
Party could soon learn all about that and, together with Ralph Nader
bring it to public awareness in a way that could lead millions of
undecided voters to swing the election away from Bush and Gore -
especially when voters find out how involved both are in massive drug
trafficking worldwide.

Hagelin is willing. I've personally handed Ralph two letters about this
which I suppose he has read.

I've received a list of almost 1,000 e-mail addresses for mostly
independent publishers that could distribute this information across the
country, but am not sure how to handle it. I have free long distance to
Canada and the U.S.A. Opportunities abound but Judy and I cannot manage
it alone. We need a community of people here and at a distance working
with us to create a miracle by November.

I'm not asking for something that is easy. Though cooperative living in
a spirit of freedom can bring pleasure and joy and the thrill of
adventure, working full time for an amazing miracle, it can also require
a huge sacrifice of the security people presently believe in, and a
willingness to live in a very poor, less than middle-class situation.
There are still many people in prison here in Philadelphia for their
attempt to make these changes and we are thankful that our situation is
so much better than that.

We may also need folks working with us at a distance in ways that depend
on the special skills of each individual.

So, as the political conventions end, it is time for daring people to
create a miracle and bring real change to the world. We'll need more than
idle talk. We'll need sacrifice and action and careful planning. How are
we going to get it together, conscious of the fact that millions of lives
can depend on what we do ?
