Randell L. Mills, MD.
Dr. Randell Mills, the founder and
President of BlackLight Power Company, has
a prestigious academic and professional
record as a scientist and inventor. He
graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta
Kappa in 1982 with a degree in chemistry
from Franklin and Marshall College in
Pennsylvania, and went on to Harvard
Medical School, where he earned the MD.
degree in 1986, conducted applied
research, and filed patents on several
revolutionary medical technolo- gies.
Dr. Mills' graduate education also
included classes in electrical engineering
at MIT, which influenced him to examine
certain problems with current atomic
theory. Encouraged to focus his talents on
invention by his mentor at Harvard, Dr.
Carl Walter, professor of surgery and a
prolific inventor and researcher in his
own right, having founded over a dozen
companies including four that became
multinational, Dr. Mills went on to found
his own companies upon his return to his
home state of Pennsylvania. He has been
issued numerous patents by the U.S. Patent
and Trademark Office in such areas as
medical imaging, Mossbauer cancer therapy,
and drug delivery systems. Since 1989,
however, he has devoted nearly all his
energies to the development of what he has
dubbed the HydroCatalysis process of
liberating energy from hydrogen atoms.
Resume
Dr. Randell L. Mills, M.D. Harvard
Medical School, 1986; BA, Summa Cum Laude,
Chemistry, Franklin & Marshall College,
1982; studied electrical engineering at
MIT in 1985 - 86. He founded Mills
Technologies in 1986 and HydroCatalysis
Power Corp. in 1991. From 1986 to the
present, he developed the following
innovations:
* Magnetic Susceptibility Imaging (MSI)
- a revolutionary body scanner that uses
magnetic fields, an array of SQUIDS
(Superconducting Quantum Interference
Devices), and a mathematical algorithm
which functions in concert like the visual
system to provide high resolution 3 - D
internal vascular images.
* MIRAGE (Mossbauer Isotopic Resonant
Absorption of Gamma Emission> a cancer
therapy comprising a Mossbauer isotope
derivatized DNA binding pharmaceutical and
radiation which activates the isotope in
situ to cause eradication of cancer with
radiation doses of one millionth that
conventionally used during radiation
therapy.
* Luminide - a universal drug delivery
molecule where intracellular drug release
occurs when the prodrug reacts with
cellular free radicals via a mechanism
involving chemiluminesce, photochromism,
and intramolecular energy transfer.
* GUT (Grand Unified Theory - the
unification of the partial theories of
chemistry and physics.
* BLACKLIGHT - an unlimited source of
energy comprising the compositions of mat-
ter, methods, and apparatus to induce the
electron of the hydrogen atom to undergo a
transition to a lower energy level corres-
ponding to a fraction quantum number with
a concomitant release of heat energy.
