Private First Class Michael W. Gyurke of Nettleton, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. Killed in action in France November 24, 1944. Michael is buried at Gettysburg National Cemetery.

Michael's brothers William and Stephen, also served in WW II and later both became Pennsylvania State Policemen.
