A CHAYOTE RECIPE

STEP 1
Serving 3- 4 people
3-4 long stem carrots
half a cabbage
 

STEP 2
Cut up the carrots and the cabbage
And peel the chayotes and cut them up
 

STEP 3
Take a pot, put the vegetables in the pot
Put some water in the pot, and cover tightly.
Don’t forget to turn the fire on.
Boil them until soft.
 

STEP 4
THE MEAT PART
Take the beef or ox tail clean the meat with limes.
If you are using steak make sure you cut it up.
When your done cleaning the meat, season it with spices you like.
Take a pot put the meat in it, put oil in the pot and then bring it to boil until soft.
 

STEP 5
Take the vegetables leave it in the pot and then crush them real crushed
Then take the meat put them in the vegetables, add spices and oil.
And then add little water in the pot and cover tightly for 10-15 min.
 

STEP 6
Make white rice.
Then  you’re all set to serve.
