interviews in a Tai Chi group versus an individualized balance training
group in a very large study. The Tai Chi group reported improvements
in physical function and quality of life. Another researcher found
huge in functional activities like walking, climbing, dressing and
bathing. These studies support the clinical observation that Tai
Chi Chuan can significantly improve quality of life.
